WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Advanced Certification program is designed only for experienced Extended DISC® practitioners who want to set themselves apart from other with their practical knowledge of how to apply the Extended DISC® assessments. This is session in NOT for individuals new to Extended DISC®.
The session will be conducted by Markku Kauppinen, President of Extended DISC North America, Inc. He is the foremost authority in the Extended DISC® Assessments. The participants will be asked to bring to the session participant/client Extended DISC® reports for hands-on interpretations to ensure real-world applications and learning.

- Identifying underlying feelings: Pressure, uncertainty, frustration, stress, and more…
- Mapping performance goals against Profile types
